            研究領域

            研究興趣集中在IT支持的交互平臺或商業模式中,如何促進多方的交互、信息分享與合作創新。主要包括(1)傳統在線社區中的知識管理問題,(2)基于移動平臺的社交電商相關話題(3)基于開源軟件平臺的開放式創新問題等。研究方法采用多方法結合的方式,包括:數據分析、實地實驗、問卷調研、機器學習。
